The Burn and Crash Model

High damage plus low repair, compounded over years.

The idea

High damage. Low repair. Compounded over decades, arteries age faster, microvascular disease arrives earlier, and first heart attacks strike roughly ten years younger. Burn and Crash is our name for that arithmetic, an interpretive synthesis of everything upstream rather than a single mechanism, and it operates alongside plainer facts: traditional risk factors still explain most South Asian heart attacks. The synthesis organizes the story; it does not replace the fundamentals.
