The Zinda framework
Musculoskeletal Loading
Joints and bones under different mechanical math.
What does this evidence grade mean?
- Verified mechanism
- Established biology; this does not validate the complete Zinda framework.
- Comparator-reframed
- The concept has been revised in light of evidence from other populations.
- Provisionally supported
- Plausible and partly supported, with further validation needed.
The idea
Bones and joints adapt to the loads they carry, and body composition changes that math. Less muscle mass means less protective loading for bone, while hidden fat changes how force moves through joints. The result is a musculoskeletal system that can weaken quietly alongside the metabolic story, and that benefits from the same prescription: progressive resistance, started earlier than guidelines suggest anyone needs it.
How the evidence grades it
Every study is labeled by what it does to this concept. Counting the counterevidence is the point.
